University Council
10- Considering referral matters

The college council meets at the invitation of
its president at least once a month. The meeting is not valid unless two-thirds
of its members are present. The college council decisions are approved by an
absolute majority of the votes of the attending members. In case of equality,
the side on which the president belongs will prevail. The decisions of the college
council are considered valid unless objection is received from the university
president within fifteen days from the date of receiving these decisions.
