In the electric circuits laboratory, the students understand the electric circuit and its elements and review the basic laws of the circuit theory and network theorems. The laboratory provides the students with enough knowledge to analyze basic laws and network theorems to DC and AC circuits. The laboratory also gives students the knowledge of the basic skills to design and test digital circuits using off-shelf component. In particular, students will be familiarized with the basic logic gates and to design combinational circuits, adders, decoder, multiplexer, flip-flop, and counter. The student will be trained on using FPGA ICs and its programming using VHDL. The laboratory also provides and covers the theatrical class of EE312. The laboratory focuses on basics, characteristics, and applications of rectifier diodes, light-emitting diodes, Zener diodes, BJT and MOSFET
