Program manager
tasks:
1. Organizing a periodic social meeting for the faculty members in
the department.
2. Coordinating the attendance of faculty members in the department
for meetings and meetings of faculty members in the college.
3. Linking the department with the various community institutions
to define its role and mission in community service and to build bridges of
communication and cooperation in all fields.
4. Supervising the organization of all the department's activities
and events such as celebrations, conferences, lectures, seminars, workshops,
meetings, meetings, and courses, and working on documenting them by word and
image.
5. Communicate with the College's Public Relations and Media Unit,
and work to provide it with all news, activities, and events that are issued or
implemented by the college, in order to publish and highlight them to public
opinion, and to monitor and collect all that is published in the media about
the department.
6. Providing the competent authorities with accurate statistics and
documented information about the department.
7. Receiving department guests during events and events.
8. Covering the department's participation in all activities inside
and outside the university.
9. Supervising the distribution of invitations to events held by
the department, college or university, and invitations received from any
external party.
10. Carry out the new work that is assigned by the department head.
11. Submitting a periodic report that includes the tasks and works
that have been completed and the requirements for developing performance in the
future
