Alumni Unit
The alumni unit was established by a decision of the Dean of the
College No. 8/1 on 9/2/1441 H and
the decision is renewed annually.

Unity Message:
Establish an effective and attractive relationship for college
graduates and contribute to the development of capabilities for fresh graduates
and establish sustainable partnerships with employers.
Unit Objectives:
1.Strengthening the communication bonds with graduates and organizing
regular meetings with them and establishing the principle of exchange of
opinions and information between the college and its graduates.
2.Holding a day for graduates on an annual basis.
3.Invite college graduates who have held leadership positions to
transfer their experiences to students at college events and to benefit from
their experiences by participating in their opinions in study programs and
plans.
4.Building partnerships with the labour and employment sectors to
provide suitable employment opportunities for graduates and training
opportunities for college students and strengthening the links between the
college and various employment destinations through its affiliated graduates.
5.Identify the professional problems of graduates and benefit from
them in proper planning of the college's study programs.
6.Provide a vision of the level of learning outcomes in the college
and the extent to which it is twinning and achieving the requirements of the job
market for use in the development of programs and courses.
Unit Responsibilities
1.Build a comprehensive and up-to-date database and information for
college graduates and students expected to graduate.
2.Compile and update alumni list and documented their data to include
communication information, work information and how long it takes for a
graduate to get a job.
3.Create a page on the college's website for the alumni unit containing
the interest news to graduates about the college and its activities as well as
the announcement of employment opportunities available to graduates in the job
market
4.Monitoring career opportunities for college graduates in different
sectors of work.
5.Measuring employers' satisfaction with college graduates and the
level of learning outcomes in the college.
6.Preparing periodic bulletins on the places of employment of college
graduates.
7.Provide databases for college graduates, report graduation rates
for graduates who did not get a job and provide relevant
employers with these reports.
8.Holding workshops and training courses to give students expected to
graduate with different skills that strengthen their employment opportunities.
9.Holding regular unit meetings and preparing periodic reports on the
completion rate of the action plan.
